Trift Capital was established in 2016 to support the missions and investments of the Felix Hagnö family.

Felix Hagnö is a Swedish entrepreneur who developed and patented ad tracking technologies and subsequently founded TradeDoubler, a leading and profitable European ad network. He later became a founding investor in Spotify in 2006, a company he supported for more than 15 years.

Felix is a firm believer that deep technical knowledge and thorough business research can lead to outsized opportunities, and Trift Capital is founded on this guiding principle.

Since our establishment, we have been early investors in disruptive companies such as Tesla and have made substantial investments in frontier industries, including space. We believe that we are still early in the technology cycle.

By definition, we provide selective and patient capital.

We seek to invest in outstanding businesses, preferably with strong leadership in technology, that are led by exceptional entrepreneurs or management teams, where we can become long term partners.
